....Describes Governor as Jinx Breaker
The State Information chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Ekiti State has celebrated the State Governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a jinx breaker whose administration has recorded unprecedented achievements across critical sectors of the state.
In a congratulatory message jointly signed by the Chairman, Comrade Wale Obelewaji and Secretary of the Chapel, Comrade Kunle Oyeniyi, the union said Governor Oyebanji had broken long-standing governance jinxes through his calm leadership style, inclusive approach and steady delivery of people-oriented projects, which have continued to reposition Ekiti State for sustainable development.
The Information Chapel particularly congratulated the Governor on the successful completion of the Ekiti State Agro-Allied International Cargo Airport, describing the project as a historic milestone that stands as a major catalyst for economic growth, investment and job creation.
The union also highlighted the Governor’s achievements in infrastructure development, workers’ welfare, education, healthcare and security, noting that his administration has sustained peace while steadily expanding the state’s development footprint across urban and rural communities.
The NUJ Information Chapel further commended Governor Oyebanji for maintaining a cordial relationship with the media and upholding press freedom while wishing him good health, renewed strength and greater accomplishments as he continues to steer the affairs of Ekiti State.
The Chapel prayed God to grant the Governor good health and divine wisdom to enable him to continue to make positive contributions to the State and the Nation.
