The President-Elect, Senator Bola Tinubu has described as disingenuous, the interpretation suggested for section 134 of the Constitution, in respect of the requirement of 25% of the votes cast in the Federal Capital Territory.
This was contained in the replies filed by his team of lawyers led by Chief Olanipekun, SAN.
Tinubu who had challenged Obi's qualification to contest the election also objected the votes credited to Obi in 630 Polling Units drawn out from Akwa-Ibom, Anambra, Enugu and Imo States for various irregularities.
